Our Candidates are pre-assessed with specialised tools if their role encompasses CAD modelling. An extensive report is provided before Candidates are submitted. In addition, we use advanced psychometric tests to determine that your future employee has the right cultural fit and the skills.

We offer coaching services in interviewing, CV presentation and career advice. We can assess your current employees in CAD modelling such as SOLIDWORKS, REVIT or ArchiCAD.

Ana Ferreira

Senior Consultant, Director

Ana has spent over thirty years in business, manufacturing, distributing and retailing her own clothing business in both Switzerland and Portugal. She moved to Australia to work for EDS, as a Consultant in the engineering and manufacturing sectors. Ana continued her career as a specialist consultant in PDM assisting manufacturing companies with their processes, data management and product development. Anas’ interest in people and their aspirations, led her to a career in recruitment where she has been a manager and coach for the last 20 years. Ana specialises in senior management positions for the engineering, manufacturing and architecture sectors.

Bill Murch

Consultant & Trainer

Bill has partnered with Altissimo Consulting to provide advice and consultancy services for computer aided design (CAD) systems.  He is Altissimo’s preferred provider of SOLIDWORKS and DriveWorks training courses.

Bill is a mechanical design and project engineer with many years’ experience using a variety of CAD programs and their associated add-ons.  He is the owner and lead consultant at IDM Consulting Pty Ltd.

IDM Consulting focuses mainly on two software programs:

  1. SOLIDWORKS –    3D engineering design software
  2. DriveWorks –    design automation software for SOLIDWORKS

The services they provide include:

  • General consulting/advice

  • 3D modelling
  • 2D drafting

Apart from his experience working with the software, Bill has the following relevant qualifications:

  • Honours degree in Mechanical Engineering

  • Certified Trainer (Cert IV in Training and Assessment).
